Q: How do I create my Faniteez character?
A: Fill out the “Design Your Faniteez” request form with your details, and we’ll bring your custom character to life!

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Since all of our items are custom-made, please allow 3–4 weeks for processing and production before shipping.

Q: Can I request changes to my character after I submit the form?
A: We’ll send you a first draft of your Faniteez character for review before moving forward with production! You’ll have a chance to request small edits at that stage. However, once you’ve approved the draft and we begin making your products, we won’t be able to make further changes—so please double-check your form before submitting and your draft before approving!

Q: Can I order products that feature more than one Faniteez character?
A: Yes! Just make sure each person has submitted a Design Your Faniteez form and purchased their own custom character. You’ll be able to enter which characters you want featured when ordering.

Q: Do you offer digital versions of the characters or photocards?
A: Not at the moment, but stay tuned! We’re always looking for new ways to share your Faniteez with you.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary depending on your location.

Q: What if my package is lost or delayed?
A: If your package is missing or hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery window, contact us and we’ll help you figure out the next steps.

Q: Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
A: If your order hasn’t been processed yet, reach out ASAP through our Instagram or send us an email at faniteezofficial@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help. Once it’s shipped, we can’t make changes.
