Refund Policy

Because each Faniteez product is custom-made just for you, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

All Sales Are Final

Once your order is placed, we begin the custom design and/or handmade production process. For this reason, we are not able to cancel or refund orders after they’ve been confirmed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or we’ve made a mistake in your order, please contact us at faniteezofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package. We’re happy to work with you to make it right—whether that means a replacement or another solution based on the situation.

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

Design Accuracy

We use the information you submit through our Design Your Faniteez form to create your custom character. Please double-check your form before submitting! We cannot offer refunds for errors or omissions provided in the original request.
