We understand that ordering custom products can be confusing, so we're here to help!
Here’s a step-by-step guide for placing an order with Faniteez, along with a detailed product breakdown.

Let’s get started on your Faniteez!
Request to Design a Faniteez & Purchase a Faniteez Custom Character
Your first step is two-fold:
1. Fill out the "Design Your Faniteez" form — a quick quiz to help us create a character that captures you!
2. Purchase a Faniteez Custom Character + Character Photocard from our Etsy Shop.
Each Faniteez comes with a printed photocard featuring your Faniteez (mailed to you).
You’ll upload a photo for your photocard when filling out the request form.
**Be sure to submit a "Design Your Faniteez" request form AND purchase a Faniteez Custom Character Digital Image under the same name—we can’t complete your order without both!**
Your Faniteez is made once, but can be used again! Come back anytime to order more products featuring your character ◡̈

Just like your favorite idol photocards, you can show off you and your friends—in your Faniteez forms!
We currently offer two types of photocards:

Themed Outfit Photocards
Add a special twist to your photocard set with custom outfits for your Faniteez character! These photocards feature your character wearing an outfit custom-fit to them, inspired by some of the most iconic looks from stages, music videos, and fan-favorite appearances. These are perfect for fans who want their Faniteez to reflect the energy of their favorite eras (no names needed, you know the ones).
Photocard Concept Sets
Each photocard set is concept-based, capturing all of life’s best moments. For each set you purchase, you’ll receive two photocards printed with the template design and your chosen photos featuring your custom character.
Please note: photocard templates are fixed and inspired by real examples from Jess and Solin’s friend group—so some might match closely! While we don’t fully customize the design to your photos, we may make small adjustments if needed.
After purchasing, head to the "Photocard Picture Upload" page to submit your photos. Photocards are 55x85mm (standard Kpop size) with a glossy finish. To avoid any cropping issues, you may want to select the polaroid style option!
Each card can include 1–4 Faniteez characters (see "Group Orders" below for more information). Just let us know your preferences when submitting your pics!

Looking for something you can carry with you? Our Faniteez keychains are the perfect way to bring your custom character to life in a fun, portable form. You can choose to have your character in their full outfit, their everyday design without an outfit, or even just their head for a cute, minimalist look. Each keychain is made with care and attention to detail, making it a unique keepsake that’s as playful or personal as you want it to be.
All keychains are made with a durable acrylic and feature a silver heart clasp. Sizes are stated on each keychain product page.

Want to show off your Faniteez character in a fun and flexible way? Our custom stickers are a playful way to take your character anywhere you go. Choose from a full-body outfit version, their regular plain look, a cute head-only style, or a Tinyteez series design for an extra stylized flair. Stick them on your phone case, laptop, water bottle, or even use them to add a signature touch when gifting cards or decorating journals. Each sticker is made to be durable, vibrant, and totally you.
Our stickers come in packs of 20 and are die cut, made of vinyl, and feature a thin white border. Sizes are stated on each sticker pack product page.
At Faniteez, we’re always working to develop new products and concepts for our collection. If you have any ideas or products you’d love to see, feel free to submit a request at the bottom of this page or the main Products page!
Group Orders
Want your Faniteez to share the spotlight with a friend’s? Some of our products—like photocards and themed designs—can feature more than one character! To make it happen, both people need to have completed the Design Your Faniteez request form and purchased the Faniteez Custom Character + Character Card from the Etsy Shop.
You and your friend can place your Faniteez custom character orders together or separately—just make sure a custom character is purchased for each person. Then, when ordering any product that includes multiple Faniteez, you’ll be able to list the names of the characters you’d like featured in the design. We’ll take care of the rest!
Pre-Ordering
Because all of our products are custom-made with care, we use a pre-order system to help manage production and ensure quality. This means we only accept a limited number of orders at a time.
When a product is not available for pre-order, it will be marked as Out of Stock. Don’t worry — that just means we’re currently working on a batch of custom Faniteez! Once we’ve finished those, we’ll open up pre-orders again for the next round.
